Decent Place near Plaza Mayor

convenient location nearby attractions helpful staff small room difficult unpacking thin walls

The location is very convenient. It's close to Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Plenty of breakfast places are also nearby. A Starbucks is just around the corner. The staff helped me a lot too.

The room was rather small. I had difficulty unpacking my luggage properly. The walls seem thin. I could hear noise from the corridor.

small room poor ventilation

The location was indeed great, very close to Plaza Mayor. This made exploring the main attractions quite easy.

The room was much smaller than I anticipated , and it felt quite cramped with little space for luggage. There WAS also a persistent odor coming from the bathroom , and the ventilation did not seem to help at all. The noise insulation was poor . I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms clearly , which was not ideal.

clean room newly refurbishment helpful staff

The location was unbeatable. Everything was within easy walking distance. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. It felt newly refurbished. The staff were generally helpful and available at the reception desk.

The walls were very thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, disrupting sleep.

The reception staff were mostly helpful (darlene was lovely!). The elevator access was practical for luggage. I also found the staff friendly and easy to approach with questions .

central stay, good value

central location good lighting

the location is amazing near Plaza Mayor. Restaurants are nearby, and it was easy to grab a bite. I also found the lighting in the room good and very helpful after long days.
