The location is very convenient. It's close to Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Plenty of breakfast places are also nearby. A Starbucks is just around the corner. The staff helped me a lot too.

The room was rather small. I had difficulty unpacking my luggage properly. The walls seem thin. I could hear noise from the corridor.

The location was indeed great, very close to Plaza Mayor. This made exploring the main attractions quite easy.

The room was much smaller than I anticipated , and it felt quite cramped with little space for luggage. There WAS also a persistent odor coming from the bathroom , and the ventilation did not seem to help at all. The noise insulation was poor . I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms clearly , which was not ideal.

The location was unbeatable. Everything was within easy walking distance. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. It felt newly refurbished. The staff were generally helpful and available at the reception desk.

The walls were very thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, disrupting sleep.

the location is amazing near Plaza Mayor. Restaurants are nearby, and it was easy to grab a bite. I also found the lighting in the room good and very helpful after long days.
